This service provides a free, safe and convenient way to do your banking from anywhere and at any time.


You will be able to view all your MetroBank accounts: savings accounts, checking accounts, fixed term deposits, money market accounts, investment portfolio, credit facilities and MetroBank credit cards. You will have access to all you bank statements and other details of your accounts, like interest balances, checks written, and transaction status, among others.


This service offers the ability to make internal transfers between your accounts, transfers to other accounts at MetroBank and external transfers to other local bank or an international bank.


Other additional benefits include making direct payments to loan programs, credit cards, third parties with accounts in other banks (service providers, clubs, schools, insurance companies, etc.) and paying public services such as electricity, water and telephone bills.

How do I join MetroBank’s Online Banking System?

You have to be a MetroBank client in order to apply. You can apply to our Online Banking system at any of our branches; here they will hand in your username, user password (secret pin), and a security code card.

Are my transactions secure through MetroBank’s Online Banking?

  • For your security, are online banking platform is equipped with a digital identity certificate issued by Verisign, Inc., a well knowned worldwide website certifier. It uses a 128-bit encryption, standar security protocol.
  • We use a security code card which as for validation only for third party transactions.
  • Anti-Phishing images associated to your profile are also used so you may be able to corroborate the image you chose is the image you see at login and validate it is MetroBank’s webpage.
  • Your profile also has a transactional limit assigned to movements of funds made on your accounts.

What to do if I forget your password?

If you forgot your password, please go or call one of MetroBank’s branches so that we can print out a new password.

How to change my secret key?

On the Internet, go to the online banking webpage, you will find a menu on the left side that says “Customer Service” and the clic on the “Change Password” menu.

What other benefits do I recieve with my Online Banking subscription?

You will be able to print your historical bank statements for any of your accounts from wherever you may be. You get access to Mobile Banking using the same username and password as your online account. All your funds are at your disposal and you may be able to check their balances 24 hours a day.
