You will have access to all of your banking movements, and other details of your accounts such as interests, balances, written checks, status of transactions, among others.


This service will enable you to transfer internally between your accounts, transfer to other MetroBank accounts, and transfer externally to other local or international banks.


You will also have the additional ability of carrying out all your payments, including loan payments, credit card payments, payments to third parties in other banks (such as service providers, clubs, schools, insurance companies, and others), to a specific beneficiary and even to public utilities such as electricity, water, and telephone.

How do I join the MetroBank Online Banking service?

You must be a MetroBank client and request affiliation to the service in any of our branches, where they will give you your username, password (pin) and coordinates card.

How do I change my secret password?

Through the internet, once in Online Banking, you will find a menu on the left which says “Customer Service”. You must then select the option “Password change”.
