Description
This service allows you to carry out your banking activities from any place and at any time, safely, conveniently, and free of charge.
Inquiries
You will be able to consult all of your accounts, regardless if they are deposits, loans, or credit cards. You will have access to all of your banking movements, and other details of your accounts such as interests, balances, written checks, status of transactions, among others. All of this information will be reflected in your statements of account, which you will even be able to print through your computer.
Transfers
This service will enable you to transfer internally between your accounts, transfer to other MetroBank accounts, and transfer externally to other local banks.
Payments
You will also have the additional ability of carrying out all your payments, including loan payments, credit card payments, payments to third parties in other banks, to a specific beneficiary and even to public utilities such as electricity, water, and telephone.
You must be a MetroBank client and request affiliation to the service in any of our branches, where they will give you your username and secret password.
Affiliation to MetroBank’s Online Banking service is free.
For your safety, MetroBank’s Online Banking has a digital identity certification issued by Verisign, Inc., a certifying company of internet sites throughout the world. It has data encrypting security of 128 bits, a standard safety protocol.
If you forgot your secret password for Online Banking, please visit or call your most convenient branch so you may be assigned a new password.
Through the internet, once in Online Banking, you will find a menu on the left which says “Customer Service”. You must then select the option “Password change”.
